- 1 year commitment - June 1st to May 31st (Memberships commencing after June 1st are pro-rated)
- There are a maximum of 6 member shares per boat. Three are Full Shares and three are Premium Shares
- Full Share Memberships have rights to 60 days of boat use. Days can be used at the rate of 15 days per club quarter.
- Premium Share Memberships have rights to 60 days of pre-scheduled boat use at the rate of 15 days per club quarter. They also have unlimited spontaneous use. Spontaneous use is for one day at a time and cannot be booked more than 24 hours in advance.
- Members schedule their time on the electronic club calendar that is on the club website
- Booking all 15 days of your quarter consecutively requires an exception to the weekend rule but is allowable.
- All members have access to their "primary" boat that they originally signed up on as well as any other boat in the fleet that has an equal or lesser monthly cost than their "primary" boat.
- Boat use on your "primary" boat may be booked 90 days in advance. Boat use on boats other than your "primary" boat may be booked 14 days in advance.
- Members may have only one Holiday booked on the calendar at any one time. See Holiday Schedule at right.
- Members may have only 3 weekend days booked on the calendar at any one time. These can be consecutive days (Sat & Sun) but they cannot be days on consecutive weekends.
- Scheduled time that is canceled less than 30 days in advance will be added back to your account if and when another member books those days.
- All members must read "Start Power Boating Right" and pass a written boating test. They must also demonstrate their boat handling abilities on the water with a boat club instructor.
- If a member is new to boating or unfamiliar with the type of boat that they have chosen, additional instruction is available from a boat club instructor.
- All members must be in possession of a valid Washington Boater Education Card unless exempt by state regulations.
- One time initiation fee for the boat that you are signed up on.
- An additional $250 initiation fee for every other club boat that you would like to have access to
- A security deposit that is fully refundable at the end of the membership if all payments have been paid and there is no damage to the boats
- The monthly membership fee covers boat usage, moorage at home port, insurance, maintenance and cleaning
- All club boats are professionally managed, maintained and cleaned by Waypoint Boating Club
